NiceJob mobile app
The “Nice Job” is a dedicated mobile app project, where we combine technology with a social conscience to address the challenges newly graduated professionals face in finding suitable job opportunities. Our goal is to create an intuitive and user-friendly platform that connects these graduates with meaningful job listings, helping them kickstart their careers.
Problem statement and Goal
The Problem
The newly graduate professionals are struggling to find relevant job openings tailored to their skills, leading to a high level of frustration and underutilization of their potential. Existing job platforms can be overwhelming and lack the personal touch required to guide these graduates through this crucial phase of their lives.
The Goal
The goal of this project is to provide a user-friendly and secure platform that streamlines the bidding process for buyers and sellers. The platform aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and fairness of the bidding process while reducing the time and resources needed to conduct traditional bidding
Role and Responsibilities
My role is a UX Lead, UX Research and UI Designer. Accessibility, usability, and an intuitive design will be at the forefront of my decisions, and I’ll iterate based on user testing and feedback to refine the app’s design. Ultimately, my role is to create a visually appealing and emotionally resonant interface that not only addresses user needs but also aligns with the app’s mission of social good.
